Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days. In the rare event that we are unable to send your order out in that timeframe, don’t worry - we’ll contact you letting you know when to expect your order.

We charge a flat shipping rate of £3, or we’ll post your order out for free if it’s over £90. UK delivery only at the moment, sorry folks. International customers, please see our Trouva page for all your Murray needs.

Returns

We are able to offer refunds on all products bought within 28 days of the original purchase, providing they are returned in a resellable condition (tags attached, clean, unworn etc). We will not cover return postage unless you require an exchange in which case this will be free of charge. 

If you are to return an item to us, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED you use a trackable service to ensure we get what we need in order to process the refund correctly and efficiently.
